SINKER EDM
EDM Technologies offers Sinker EDM Machining-also known as Conventional EDM, Ram EDM, Die-Sinker, and Plunge EDM. Sinker EDM machining, like Wire EDM, uses spark erosion to machine blind cavities. This process uses machined electrodes that produce sparks along the surface of the electrode to sink or plunge the cavity.

SMALL HOLE EDM
EDM Technologies has several Small Hole EDM machines capable of EDM Drilling or "Hole Popping" small holes in any electrically conductive material regardless of hardness. Small Hole EDM drilling uses the same spark erosion principle as Sinker or Ram EDM.
