EDM Technologies Adds New Wire EDM Machine - AgieCharmilles FI440CCS Wire EDM
EDM Technologies is pleased to annonce the addition of our latest Wire EDM Machine, the AgieCharmilles FI440CCS, a high-precision, super-fast Wire EDM machine equiped with Clean Cut digital generator technology. The CCS generator makes possible cutting speeds up to 42 sq. Inches/hour, the fastest in the industry, while also allowing us to achieve surface finishes down to Ra 0.1 μm. The Clean Cut digital generator meets the very stringent Nadcap quality requirements as well as the standards of ISO 230-4 .
In addition to Fast Cutting Speeds, the FI440CCS is capable of rapid movements at 3m/min with Integrated Collision Protection and Measurement Cycles three times as fast as the competition, allowing EDM Technologies to minimize setup time. The machine also optimizes automatic threading time to an amazing 24 seconds spark to spark.
The AgieCharmilles FI440CCS Wire EDM machine combines accuracy, quality, speed, and automation to give EDM Technologies a decisive advantage over the competition.
